While every effort is made to ensure that you receive the required goods in the best possible condition, please inspect all items carefully upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please contact us immediately outlining the fault.
Choosing the wrong product is not classified as a fault rather human error. In the case of human error (eg. you chose wrong product/colour/size...) all postage costs are buyer's responsibility.
All costs relating to postage for returns of faulty items are the seller's responsibility.
Any goods must be returned in a saleable condition and in the original packaging (without any tears, rips or stains).
Refunds are issued upon the receipt of the return.
